Shipping policy
We ship all our orders with DPD and charge a flat rate for delivery of £5.95 for virtually all of the UK Mainland- these are typically delivered the next working day after dispatch but this is not guaranteed. There are some portions of the UK such as, but not limited to, Channel Islands, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Isles, where we are only able to offer a two day service with DPD which is a higher cost.. You can pop your postcode into the checkout to check what delivery service is available to you.
Premium services such as pre-1200, pre-1030 and Saturday delivery are available to select, you can also utilise DPD's PickUp shop network once your package has been dispatched using the tracking details we send. You will need to place your order to go to your home address initially and divert it in flight.
We are able to ship to Switzerland from the UK currently. Other customers within Europe should order via our EU webstore. We are currently unable to utilise electronic systems allowing pre-payment of import VAT for the EU or Norway. Any additional customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the recipient,
In the event an order is returned due to a failed delivery we will contact you to ascertain your wishes. If the reason for return was due to it not being collected from a Pick-Up location or another reason that is your responsibility (such as providing an inaccurate or incomplete address), the costs of return and re-dispatch will need to be paid prior to the order being resent or deducted from any refund due.
Collection in person from our Manchester warehouse is also available, please contact us prior to arriving to ensure your order is ready and we are able to see you safely.
