Shipping policy

We ship all our orders from the UK. Standard parcels are delivered by Royal Mail and larger items are delivered by DPD.

Shipping is free on all orders over £50 to the UK Mainland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. For orders under £50, a flat delivery charge applies. Delivery to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland is charged at cost.

Orders placed by 15:30 Monday–Friday are usually dispatched that day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

We are able to ship to Ireland, Switzerland, and Norway from the UK. Other customers within Europe should order via our EU webstore. Any additional customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

In the event an order is returned due to a failed delivery we will contact you to ascertain your wishes. If the reason for return was due to it not being collected or another reason that is your responsibility (such as providing an inaccurate or incomplete address), the costs of return and re-dispatch will need to be paid prior to the order being resent or deducted from any refund due.
